I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas!

It's been snowing all day and it is beautiful! All of the tree branches are perfectly highlighted with snow. I haven't left the building yet today...so I can't wait to drive home in the weather!
So with all the new snow I am once again going to search for a pair of warm and reasonably priced snow boots. No ordinary pair of boots will due...they have to be at least -40 degree weather boots so my toes don't freeze and turn black and fall off! We haven't been able to go play in the snow yet because I'm bootless. If any of you happen to find some good boots, (size 7.5-8) let me know ASAP!
I always wait until I have something really spectacular to blog about...days and days go by but I want to hear from you all because I miss everyone. I am feeling kind of homesick this time of year. So I figure I need to do my part to keep you all updated since I don't hear much from you all (especially all of you who read my blog but don't leave a COMMENT!)
Just an update...I'm busy at work, well not right now I'm taking my blog break (I keep thinking I should take up smoking so I could get 25 breaks a day...but it's too cold outside) I haven't done much Christmas shopping, but there is not too much I need to buy, since Jed and I already got our "Christmas Present" already. We haven't really done anything super Christmassy...but my co-workers sang Christmas songs in my office today...and really "The Best way to spread Christmas Cheer is to sing Loud for All to Hear!!" That was my random bit for the day!! I miss you all!

  1. The best thing about blogging is that you can share random and unspectacular parts of your life. I love it! And I'm glad you blogged about a normal day because not everyday is a party. Keep it up! I love knowing what you are up to. Good luck on the boot search.

  4. I don't think we have to do much dreaming. this is our reality. we got 22 inches in Eagle River!!! We have shoveled and shoveled and shoveled. I love your pictures BTW. I am a little concerned that some of your bridals look like you were in a war zone waiting for a soldier that may never return...but you look lovely!!!!1

  5. Hello, Sarah! That snow looks amazing.....it's pretty much the same here in Glenwood, Utah. We got about a foot of snow yesterday and played in it forever and made two snowmen....I hope you're doing well in Alaska and that you and Jed have a wonderful Christmas!
