Vices

So I am thinking that I should give up the Dr. Pepper...but I am wondering if I could replace that vice with another? Mc Donald's Milk Shakes? I love them! I have had two this week and I almost crave them more than my Dr. Pepper. Looking at a long term aspect--which do you think will do more harm?

  1. Well at least with the milk shake you are getting your calcium for the day. With the Dr. Pepper you will loose calcium.

    Dr. Pepper is
    100 calories, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol

    I would go with the can of Dr pepper.....
